Restrict Access to an Account
This process allows you to restrict access to Advantos ERP production account(s). Typically this process restricts logons to any production account accessed by resident managers or any other account where Advantos ERP administration or restricted activity will occur.
Use the Same process to remove any restrictions on Advantos ERP production account(s).
Do you want to [S]et the Flag or [R]emove the Flag (S/R) ?
Enter the specific action you want taken. Either way, only those accounts that are applicable to the specific action selected will be available to select.
A list of available accounts will be displayed so you can select which accounts to take action on. If you want to [R]emove the flag only flagged accounts will be displayed. If you want to [S]et the flag only unflagged accounts will be displayed.
Once the account(s) are selected you can create a single comment that will be displayed, along with the standard alert of:

...or whoever set the flag.
