This menu option provides access to the following Client Bank Account Reports:
- Client Name & Address Report
- Client Manager & Phone Number Report
- Active Client Report
- Client Account Representative
- Client Fees & Other Data Report
- Client Portfolio Data Report
Client Name & Address Report
This report prints the name and address of each Client, and the name and phone of the on-site manager.
This report also includes the following information for the bank that processes the Client's A/P checks: name & address, bank routing number, and the Micr-encode#.

Active Client Report
This report provides information on each active Client's on-site manager.
It prints the Client#, name, address, on-site manager, and on-site phone number. This might be used, for example, by the main office front desk to refer calls to on-site managers.

Client Fees & Other Data Report
This report provides information relating to Client Fees & Other Data. It prints the Client#, Client name, # of units, chart type, billing type, # days delinquent, delinquent amount, management fee, minimum fee and year end. This report can be run for many different uses. It is also run at the end of each month to review management fees befor the management fees are actually calculated.

This report provides information relating to Client Fees and manager's portfolio. It pretty much what the previous report prints except it breaks up the report by manager.
