Advantos Upgrades and Updatesby: Bill Haskett
Advantos is always upgrading our application. Upgrades and fixes are automatically
implemented and, since Advantos is "Cloud-Based" these updates and fixes are immediate
when implemented. Advantos is always updating their documentation and logging to
help users. Such updates are designed to improve understanding of the many Advantos
capabilities available. You can get a listing of Advantos updates and fixes by contacting

The most recent Advantos update is adding the capability to send out acknowledgement
emails for any changes to NACHA bank account information. These emails can be configured
to be sent automatically.
We have also updated our communication with financial institutions to make this
process both easier and more stable. This is normally done by reducing the technology
stack and making both the communication and data transfer using simple and secure
methodologies.
We field many suggestions and implement many of these suggestions to constantly
improve our product to meet the needs of our clients. There have been many updates
to improve automatic daily banking uploads and downloads and to allow the importation
of various data into and out of Advantos.
