Advantos Upgrades and Updates

Advantos Upgrades and Updates Advantos is always upgrading our application. Upgrades and fixes are automatically implemented and, since Advantos is "Cloud-Based" these updates and fixes are immediate when implemented. Advantos is always updating their documentation and logging to help users. Such updates are designed to improve understanding of the many Advantos capabilities available. You can get a listing of Advantos updates and fixes by contacting us.

The most recent Advantos update is adding the capability to send out acknowledgement emails for any changes to NACHA bank account information. These emails can be configured to be sent automatically.

We have also updated our communication with financial institutions to make this process both easier and more stable. This is normally done by reducing the technology stack and making both the communication and data transfer using simple and secure methodologies.

We field many suggestions and implement many of these suggestions to constantly improve our product to meet the needs of our clients. There have been many updates to improve automatic daily banking uploads and downloads and to allow the importation of various data into and out of Advantos.

Our diligence in improving Advantos helps your businesses grow and be more profitable. Note: there are many different ways to accomplish a goal but few ways to do so efficiently and effectively. That is our goal.

Our Clients Ask Questions.

See what our clients are asking. Can we send out acknowledgement emails when we alter someone's ACH banking information and how do we set this up? Advantos has received requests to allow emails to be sent out for those entities that maintain bank account information for NACHA processing.

In response, we have created three checkboxes in the email configuration process, located in "Tools" then "Settings" then "General" then "Email Settings". Once there you will notice three (3) new checkboxes under the "Acknowledgement Email Rules:" section labeled:

  1. T/R Unit ACH Info Changes:
  2. A/P Vendor ACH Changes:
  3. T/R Unit ACH Payment:
Check one or more of these checkboxes to ensure an email is sent out when any changes are made to your unit's or vendor's ACH information.

Emails for Vendor changes are created when you [Save] the changes to the vendor. The same is true for changes to Units. Emails for NACHA receipts in the T/R module are created when the NACHA file is "deposited", so don't deposit the NACHA receipts until the bank approves your NACHA submission.
