Resident Information Reports

These reports are designed to utilize the data base of information available on all residents. All the reports can be printed in resident number sequence or in last name sequence. The following reports are available:

Resident Name and Information Report:

This report outputs data for each Resident relating to financial balances, etc.

Resident Name and Address Report:

This report outputs the names and addresses of each Resident.

Resident Name and Mortgagee Report:

This report outputs the names and mortgagees (if any) of each resident.

Resident Miscellaneous Information Report:

This report outputs resident data as #1 above but includes billing types, dates for move-in, last rent change, and dates legal action was taken.

Resident Unit Notes Report:

This report outputs any notes related to any unit.

Funds on Hold Report:

This report provides information about the status of security deposits and the amount of funds held in the UnApplied category on account.

Unit Invoice/Balance Report:

This report verifies that the balance as reported by the Unit is equal to the total of outstanding invoices associated with each unit.
